Tried drinking more water – five bottles everyday? Felt very energetic, until it was winter and you weren’t as thirsty.
Did you walked regularly for 30 minutes until your neighbor who walked with you moved to a different city?
Each time you set out on this journey, you were determined to make a change until your willpower was stretched to its limits and you couldn’t continue any further?
Willpower is overrated!!
Yes it very much is! You possess many powers besides WILLPOWER to develop healthy habits.

I get it. So let me prove it to you.
I started off with learning how food can be medicine. My motivation – as long as there was mankind, they would eat and I would be in business. ALWAYS.
Little did I know then – while everyone ate food, everyone also had their opinions about food & was an expert too.
In addition, there were millions of fad diets with equal number of articles on what works and why exactly same thing doesn’t work.
What was preached was rarely practiced. I science of inter play of exercise and nutrition was a whole new world that I was glad to dive into.
Stress is often the elephant in the room. We often manage it by eating, smoking, alcohol and being inactive. Studying behavioral science and strategies to overcome stress was crucial
I applied all this training towards hundreds if not thousands of people for the last fifteen years. While I changed lives of the people I served, they changed me and helped me learn human behavior more closely.
